Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I make an appointment?

The fastest way to make an appointment is to give us a call (02) 4950 6200. Our reception staff will find an appointment time to suit you and answer any questions you may have.

  • Do you do same day appointments?

We are a growing and busy clinic, so while we do our best to provide appointments when you need them, same day appointments may not be possible. If we cannot get you in straight away, we recommend making an appointment for our next available time and we can give you a call if we have a cancellation come up.

  • Do you bulk bill?

Generally, the answer is no. We are a private clinic, so most of our clients pay a standard fee, often in conjunction with a private health fund. If you are eligible, your GP may refer you for up to 5 visits through Medicare (Enhanced Primary Care plan). If you have this type of referral and are receiving a Pension or have a Health Care Card, then yes, these sessions will be bulk billed. Otherwise, there will be a co-payment to your Medicare sessions. Please see our about page for more information.

  • How can I pay?

We take payments by cash and card. We also have a HICAPs machine, so you can swipe your health fund card and only pay the gap. We are also preferred providers for many of the health funds, so your health fund may cover more of your session. Please ask about this when you call to make your appointment, if you want to know more.

  • Group classes- are they suitable for beginners and what should I bring?

Yes, our Pilates classes with Courtney are suited to beginners. Class size is kept small so she can keep an eye on posture and form and help with anything you find challenging. We provide mats, which are thoroughly sanitised. If you would like to bring your own mat, feel free. Please bring water and a towel as well. Shoes are not necessary.

  • How much do group classes cost?

Our group exercise class is $20, while our smaller group (limit 4) Pilates classes are $30. More information can be found here. Can’t find a time to suit you? We also do 1:1 Pilates. Call our clinic to inquire.

  • What do I do if I need treatment under Worker’s Compensation or Third Party insurance?

We are accredited to work with both of these types of claims. Please call our reception staff to find out what details we need from you, so that we can take care of the billing and you can focus on your recovery.

  • I can’t find you! Where are you located?

We have recently moved to 8/14 Superior Ave, Edgeworth. It is about 150m from our old location in Arnott St.

    Directions:

Travelling along Main Road, turn in to Callan St at the lights (between Coles and Henny Penny), then left in to Arnott St. About 30m down the road there is a right hand turn, take this turn in to Superior Ave. You will see a U shaped complex of businesses on your left, just after the turn. Anytime Fitness is visible as the shop front closest to the road. Turn left in to the shared car park in the middle of the complex. We at the back of the complex, easily visible with our sign. Please call us on 4950 6200 if you need any more help.
