Does Edgeworth Physio bulk bill?
No, however if you have a chronic pain condition you may be eligible to receive up to 5 visits on Medicare to Edgeworth Physiotherapy for treatments. Please discuss with your GP regarding your eligibility.

Do I need to book with reception prior, if I wish to attend a class?
Yes, it is preferred if you book in for each of the Stretch & Strength and Pilates classes as the room is often set up and class programs are designed according to the amount of people attending the class.
Payment - how much and how can I pay?
Depending on the treatment programme and products you require to assist with your musculoskeletal condition, the cost may vary. We accept Eftpos and credit card payment for our treatment. We also have HICAPS facilities for private health fund claims.
What do I need to bring to class?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the class start time, wear comfortable loose clothing, shoes are not necessary. No need to bring any equipment as it is provided by Edgeworth Physiotherapy. If you wish to bring a towel or your own mat, you are most welcome.
How much are the group classes?
Group classes are $15 per class, many health funds allow a partial rebate which can be processed through HICAPS when you attend the class.
What do I do if I have a worker's compensation or third party insurance claim?
Call Karen at Edgeworth Physiotherapy - she will walk you through the process and documentation you will need to bring with you to your appointment. Karen is very knowledgeable and has an understanding nature to assist with making this process an easy one.
How does my health fund work in relation to my treatments?
If you are in a health fund bring your membership card to your appointment, depending on your health fund cover the provider will pay a portion of your treatment costs. When you are at your appointment we will process this immediately and you will only be out of pocket for the gap charge.
