Stretch & Strength Class


Monday 6-7pm

The stretch class is for everybody, the class includes movements based on Yoga, Pilates, stretching and relaxation techniques with the objective to increase stability and flexibility, falls prevention, core strengthening, breathing and relaxation techniques. The goal is to undo all the daily pressures and stresses we put on our body through a variety of stretching and strengthening movements and techniques that work with your body. At the end of class we incorporate a relaxation and breathing practice which lasts for 10-15 minutes.

Pilates Class


Tuesday 5:45pm - 6:45pm
Thursday 5:30pm - 6:30pm

A movement and exercise class utilising clinical Pilates principles taught by our physiotherapist Courtney. The class objective is to build and strengthen your body with predominantly floor based exercises and functional body movement. The class aims to improve stability and control to assist with falls prevention and injury recovery when used as part of your treatment plan.

Class size is kept small to ensure correct body postures and techniques. The class would suit beginners. Please contact reception to book your spot today 02 4950 6200.
